Digital Launch + Growth

When I started, the barn’s website was underperforming with fewer than 200 monthly visitors and little digital visibility. They needed a complete grassroots marketing build-out to attract new riders, increase lesson inquiries, and create a stronger community presence. Acting as their marketing partner, I rebuilt and expanded the website, implemented SEO strategies to capture local search traffic, and launched their TikTok channel with content designed for discovery. I also rolled out Meta ad campaigns, created and managed a newsletter, and helped the founders raise money through community-driven fundraisers.

  • Grew monthly site traffic from ~150 average views to 1,555 views within 5 months (10x increase)

The Impact:

Within months, the program went from virtually invisible online to a thriving local presence. Site traffic grew tenfold, inquiries skyrocketed, and the barn established itself as a go-to for horseback riding in Los Angeles. This project demonstrated my ability to build marketing foundations from scratch—balancing digital strategy, community engagement, and grassroots fundraising to deliver results that directly drove business growth.
