When I started, the barn’s website was underperforming with fewer than 200 monthly visitors and little digital visibility. They needed a complete grassroots marketing build-out to attract new riders, increase lesson inquiries, and create a stronger community presence. Acting as their marketing partner, I rebuilt and expanded the website, implemented SEO strategies to capture local search traffic, and launched their TikTok channel with content designed for discovery. I also rolled out Meta ad campaigns, created and managed a newsletter, and helped the founders raise money through community-driven fundraisers.
